When can I play Lotto by Text?
You can play lotto 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please note that the cut off for any draw is at 19:00 on the day of the draw. Should you join after 19:00 of the day of draw you entry will be entered for the next draw.
You must have successfully signed up under our registration process before you can participate in any of the National Lottery games we offer.
How does Lotto by Text work?
Lotto by Text has partnered with Txt Lotto Ltd who appoints syndicate managers on your behalf to purchase and assign National Lottery tickets as well as validating and dispersing any winnings.
Playing the National Lottery & Euromillions with Lotto by Text is easy. Simply enter your mobile number to take advantage of the free trial. You are given 5 free chances to win within your syndicate in the next National Lottery or Euromillions draw. You have up to 7pm on the day of the draw entered by which to cancel the service without charge by texting STOP to 85200.
Your syndicate may contain up to 49 other players at any one time. After the trial, your same 5 syndicate rows will be entered into the next draws for free and you will be charged £1.50p per draw for receiving the lottery results. That way you need never miss a draw or results again!
Once registered, your free 5 syndicate rows and any subsequent rows will be sent to your mobile each week detailing your row numbers and Claim Reference ID (proof of purchase). Please keep this information as you need your Claim Reference ID to make a claim.
How do I sign up to Lotto by Text?
Simply enter your mobile number on the home page so that we can send your 5 free National Lottery & Euromillions syndicate lines and your weekly National Lottery results to your mobile.
Please note that to play the National Lottery through Lotto by Text you must be over 16 and be a resident in the UK or Isle of Man and be an owner of a mobile phone. You do not need to be a UK Citizen to play the National Lottery with Lotto by Text.

How do I check if I've won?
After each draw is announced we will notify you of the draw results to your mobile. If any of your lines have won simply go to the website and click the Members Area where you will be required to enter your mobile number and Claim Reference ID. It is very important not to delete the text with the draw results as this text is like a ticket and has your Claim Reference ID.
How and where do I get my winnings?
Once your claim has been verified you will need to enter your personal details so that any winnings can be dispersed to you. You will be able to make a claim at anytime for up to 60 days from date of draw only.
Disbursements of any funds will be made within 14 days. For any prizes greater than £1,000 you will need to contact the customer services centre on support@textlotto.com who will take you through the claims process
Are my winnings tax free?
Normally winnings are not subject to tax but you will need to check with inland revenue.
