Lotto by Text is committed to promoting the National Lottery service in a socially responsible manner.
In so doing Lotto by Text carefully selects where to promote its services and avoiding vulnerable socio-demographic groups in particular those on low incomes, gamblers and those under the age of 16.
Furthermore, we have designed our Lotto services to prevent customers from extending themselves by placing a spending cap on the amount any one individual can spend with us which is currently the equivalent of £15 per day in any given week.
Finally, all our services are compliant with the terms and conditions of the National Lottery service and advertising code of practise.
